These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BizBrokerAITools ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, platform, applications, tools, services, and all related features (collectively, the "Services").
BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING, OR USING ANY PART OF OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE ALL USE OF OUR SERVICES.
We may modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice by posting the revised Terms on our platform. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the modified Terms.
"Account" means your registered user account with BizBrokerAITools.
"AI Tools" means our artificial intelligence-powered features including valuations, analyzers, and other AI-driven functionality.
"Business Data" means confidential business information, financial documents, or sensitive data you upload or generate.
"Services" means all tools, features, and functionality provided by BizBrokerAITools.
"User Content" means any information or materials you submit to our Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed.

OUR SERVICES ARE IN BETA. The platform may contain bugs, errors, and technical issues. Data loss may occur. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" without warranties.

You may not use our Services to:
Subscription Fees. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Billing and Cancellation. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, or by emailing support@bizbrokeraitools.com. After you cancel, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Already-completed billing periods are not refunded. If you cancel mid-month, your subscription remains active for the rest of that month — we do not prorate or refund the unused portion of a month you've already paid for.
If you experience a technical issue on our end, an accidental double-charge, or another exceptional situation where you feel a refund is warranted, please email support@bizbrokeraitools.com before disputing the charge with your bank. We review these requests case-by-case and do our best to resolve them fairly. We're a small company built by a working business broker — we'd rather hear from you directly than lose your trust over a billing concern.
Failed Payments. If a recurring payment fails, we'll attempt to re-charge over a short grace period and notify you by email. If the payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be suspended until the balance is settled.
Price Changes. We may adjust subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice via email to your account address. You can cancel before any price change takes effect.
Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your subscription, separate from the listed price.
All platform content is owned by BizBrokerAITools. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it for providing Services, improving AI models, and creating analytics.
Our Services may integrate with third-party services. We do not control or assume responsibility for third-party services. Your use is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR RESULTS FROM USE OF OUR SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (A) amounts you paid in the last 12 months, or (B) $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizBrokerAITools from claims arising from your use of Services, breach of Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
Informal Resolution: Contact us first to resolve disputes informally.
Binding Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings.
Opt-Out: You may opt out within 30 days by emailing support@bizbrokeraitools.com.
You may cancel anytime. We may terminate your account for any reason without notice. No refunds upon termination. We may delete your data after termination.
Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We may retain your data as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services without notice.
